Our policy lasts within 7 calendar days from the date you received, after which we are unable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be entitled for exchange or refund, your item must be due to manufacturing defect(s), change of mind is not applicable as a return reason and it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, gifts and special sale or offer items are not eligible for a refund.

The product will only be allowed for replacement if it is due to manufacturing defect.
GiftsAny gift normally will not be entitled for an exchange, but we may at our discretion to send you another same value item or issue you a special coupon or voucher.
To return your product, please contact us before you ship the item and the shipping costs for returning an item will be borne by you, and we will be bearing the costs for sending the replacement of the defected products.
If you are shipping an item to us, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
